These immediately precede the commands in `tex-start-commands' and the input file name, with no separating space and are not shell-quoted. If nil, TeX runs with no options. See the documentation of `tex-command'. You can customize this variable. This variable was introduced, or its default value was changed, in version 22.1 of Emacs.
