server-temp-file-regexp is a variable defined in `server.el'.
Its value is

"^/tmp/Re\\|/draft$"

Documentation:
Regexp matching names of temporary files.
These are deleted and reused after each edit by the programs that
invoke the Emacs server.

You can customize this variable.
