org-ascii-paragraph-spacing

org-ascii-paragraph-spacing is a variable defined in `ox-ascii.el'.
Its value is

auto

Documentation:
Number of white lines between paragraphs.
If the value is an integer, add this number of blank lines
between contiguous paragraphs. If is it the symbol `auto', keep
the same number of blank lines as in the original document.

You can customize this variable.

This variable was introduced, or its default value was changed, in version 24.4 of Emacs.
