org-agenda-todo-keyword-format is a variable defined in `org-agenda.el'.
Its value is

"%-1s"

Documentation:
Format for the TODO keyword in agenda lines.
Set this to something like "%-12s" if you want all TODO keywords
to occupy a fixed space in the agenda display.
