org-agenda-default-appointment-duration

org-agenda-default-appointment-duration is a variable defined in `org-agenda.el'.
Its value is

nil

Documentation:
Default duration for appointments that only have a starting time.
When nil, no duration is specified in such cases.
When non-nil, this must be the number of minutes, e.g. 60 for one hour.

You can customize this variable.
