newsticker-debug is a variable defined in `newst-backend.el'.
Its value is

nil

Documentation:
Enables some features needed for debugging newsticker.el.

If set to t newsticker.el will print lots of debugging messages, and the
buffers *newsticker-wget-* will not be closed.

You can customize this variable.
