midnight-mode is a variable defined in `midnight.el'.
Its value is

nil

Documentation:
Non-nil means run `midnight-hook' at midnight.
Setting this variable outside customize has no effect;
call `cancel-timer' or `timer-activate' on `midnight-timer' instead.
