mh-do-not-confirm-flag is a variable defined in `mh-e.el'.
Its value is

nil

Documentation:
*Non-nil means non-reversible commands do not prompt for confirmation.

Commands such as `mh-pack-folder' prompt to confirm whether to
process outstanding moves and deletes or not before continuing.
Turning on this option means that these actions will be
performed--which is usually desired but cannot be
retracted--without question.

You can customize this variable.

This variable was introduced, or its default value was changed, in version 7.0 of the MH-E package that is part of Emacs 22.1.
