keypad-numlock-setup is a variable defined in `keypad.el'.

Documentation:
Specifies the keypad setup for unshifted keypad keys when NumLock is on.
When selecting the plain numeric keypad setup, the character returned by the
decimal key must be specified.

You can customize this variable.

This variable was introduced, or its default value was changed, in version 22.1 of Emacs.
