idlwave-html-help-location is a variable defined in `idlw-help.el'.
Its value is

"/usr/local/etc/"

Documentation:
The directory where the idl_html_help/ dir lives. Obsolete for IDL
6.2 or later (see `idlwave-html-system-help-location').

You can customize this variable.
