eudc-inline-expansion-servers is a variable defined in `eudc-vars.el'.

server-then-hotlist

Documentation:
Which servers to contact for the expansion of inline queries.
Possible values are:
`current-server': the EUDC current server.
`hotlist': the servers of the hotlist in the order they appear,
`server-then-hotlist': the current server and then the servers of
the hotlist.

You can customize this variable.
