diary-list-include-blanks

diary-list-include-blanks is a variable defined in `diary-lib.el'.
Its value is

nil

Documentation:
If nil, do not include days with no diary entry in the list of diary entries.
Such days will then not be shown in the fancy diary buffer, even if they
are holidays.

You can customize this variable.
