cvs-find-file-and-jump

cvs-find-file-and-jump is a variable defined in `pcvs-defs.el'.
Its value is

nil

Documentation:
Jump to the modified area when finding a file.
If non-nil, `cvs-mode-find-file' will place the cursor at the beginning of
the modified area. If the file is not locally modified, this will obviously
have no effect.

You can customize this variable.
