add-log-time-zone-rule

add-log-time-zone-rule is a variable defined in `add-log.el'.
Its value is

nil

• This variable is safe as a file local variable if its value
  satisfies the predicate which is a byte-compiled expression.
  

Documentation:
Time zone used for calculating change log time stamps.
It takes the same format as the TZ argument of `set-time-zone-rule'.
If nil, use local time.
If t, use universal time.
