Info-link-keymap is a variable defined in `info.el'.
Its value is

 (follow-link . mouse-face)
 (mouse-2 . Info-mouse-follow-link)
 (header-line keymap
	      (mouse-2 . Info-mouse-follow-link)
	      (mouse-1 . mouse-select-window)
	      (down-mouse-1 . mouse-drag-header-line)))

This is used for the "Next", "Prev", and "Up" links in the
first line or header line, and for breadcrumb links.
