tramp-completion-file-name-handler is a compiled Lisp function in `tramp.el'.

(tramp-completion-file-name-handler OPERATION &rest ARGS)

Invoke Tramp file name completion handler.
Falls back to normal file name handler if no Tramp file name handler exists.
