shuffle-vector is an alias for `cookie-shuffle-vector' in `cookie1.el'.

(shuffle-vector VECTOR)

This function is obsolete since 24.4;
use `cookie-shuffle-vector' instead.

Randomly permute the elements of VECTOR (all permutations equally likely).
