org-face-from-face-or-color is a compiled Lisp function in `org.el'.

(org-face-from-face-or-color CONTEXT INHERIT FACE-OR-COLOR)

Create a face list that inherits INHERIT, but sets the foreground color.
When FACE-OR-COLOR is not a string, just return it.
