erc-match-directed-at-fool-p is a compiled Lisp function in `erc-match.el'.

(erc-match-directed-at-fool-p MSG)

Check whether MSG is directed at a fool.
In order to do this, every entry in `erc-fools' will be used.
In any of the following situations, MSG is directed at an entry FOOL:

- MSG starts with "FOOL: " or "FOO, "
- MSG contains ", FOOL." (actually, "\s. FOOL\s.")
