org-protecting-blocks

org-protecting-blocks is a variable defined in `org.el'.
Its value is

("src" "example" "latex" "ascii" "html" "ditaa" "dot" "r" "R")

Documentation:
Blocks that contain text that is quoted, i.e. not processed as Org syntax.
This is needed for font-lock setup.
